"This is the perfect pack for college. I fit my laptop (which is large), at least 5 binders, 5 books, a calculator, a lunch and my phone in the bag comfortably. It didn't even feel too heavy. I recommend this to all college students who don't want to have bad backs, but still want to carry all their things. It fits everything I need, but even if I only have 2-3 things to carry, it doesn't appear floppy like most packs do. I really love this backpack!"

"I use this for school, and it handles heavy books and gear well. I feel that the weight is evenly distributed and my back doesn't get sore after a long day. For a while, I wore my one-year-old in a front pack with this on my back. I liked the flat straps because they worked with the bulky padded straps on the baby carrier. I also use both water bottle pouches and it is useful having a separate lunch compartment so I don't get salad dressing on my expensive textbooks!"

"Bought this on sale for my high school student son. (He's actually the one who chose it.) He liked the colors and organizational aspects of it just fine. But, within 2 mos of usage, the zipper teeth began separating from the zipper cloth. Then, both zippers on the main compartment derailed, rendering it useless. The rest of the backpack is in perfect condition, so he's been hooking a strap from the handle on top to the smallest compartment at the bottom to keep his books from tumbling out of the compromised compartment. Good luck when it rains!"

"It is highly constructed. The seams are strong. The fabric seems like it will be able to stand many rigorous activities. Sometimes my bag gets dragged along the ground and this will be able to hold up under that kind of stress. I also really like the design and color of the bag."
