"I like this, but the laptop padding makes the whole thing so rigid that it's hard to use. It's nice to have as a backup, but for the most part it just sits in my closet. Meh."

"This bag is a great size. It has a nice mix of compartments for various purposes. The water bottle holders are nice, the sunglass pocket is perfect, the laptop sleeve works great and is well padded, and the backpack looks almost perfect after being used daily for 6 months. The "Black Stripes" color hides anything that gets on it."

"The main compartment is too small for carrying much of anything so if you have a laptop in the pack as well, the contents will be putting stress/pressure on your laptop. The laptop compartment is wimpy, the padding is thin on the side that faces the compartment and does have a few weak areas. The back wall of the laptop compartment needs to have better support, the foam is not firm and too thin. If this bag had a flexible plastic frame in the laptop compartment, it would work better for carrying laptops. Without a frame, tons of torsion is put on to the laptop just from wearing the bag. This backpack is only good for none-laptop use, or for carry small loads, like 2 textbooks, one note book, a water bottle, etc. NOT USEFUL for carrying any laptop!"
