"I love the appearance of the bag as well as the quality of the leather. Unfortunately however, in the fist week of use, the mechanism that operates the zipper failed. I believe it was faulty to begin with. After speaking with a representative from eBags this morning, a new one is on it's way... Fred"

"This bag is well designed and does hold my IPAD. I am impressed with the construction and overall comfort of carrying it on my shoulders. In the back of the bag has a Velcro lock bit I would have prefer a zipper. Overall I love it and would recommend it."

"While I love the organizational features of this bag, I do find the main pouch to be a bit tight to reach into. I feel that the zippers could have come down on the sides a bit further. Also, on one edge of the corner of the main pouch, the zipper ripped out of it's lining. I believe again that the leather was just to tight over the frame of the main compartment. Because of that, I only use this bag occasionally now when I need a smaller form factor. It fits everything beautifully including my Kindle Fire, camera, phone. I especially like the glasses pouch on the front. I don't know what the little zipper pouches on the front could be used for..so tiny. All in all I give it about a 3 out of 5 stars."
