"This is a beautiful bag. I wanted something that wasn't super feminine/girly, but was leather and unique. This bag fit all of my appearance requirements. The bag is actually more of a light cinnamon/tan color than the orange-ish hue in the picture. I liked the orange, but the actual color is better because it is more versatile. The only complaint I have is that it didn't have a specific place to put pens/pencils. There are some generously sized pockets that work, but I don't like to dig for pens and I do have to do that with this bag. Other than that, it is perfect. "This bag is great for a commuter bag. It's big enough to fit my lunch, running clothes, reading material, and notepads for work (as well as my 15 inch laptop, but I don't usually bring that to work), and has pockets for my cell phone, keys, sun glasses, and bus pass, which I need easy access to. Plus, it looks professional enough to wear to important functions. I do wish the snap closures were adjustable (they make the flap bunch up a little above the closure, I wish it was tighter), but it's a minor thing."

"When the weather's nice, I bike to work/school (I'm a graduate student). I wanted a messenger-like bag that zipped since I'm paranoid about stuff falling out when I'm biking. I also wanted something leather-like, and also wasn't a backpack...I look young enough without carrying around a bookbag from high school or college, and nice enough that I could go straight to after-work/school drinks or dinner, with a classic, but not super-trendy look. I also wanted it to be under $100. Bam, this bag fits it all. So for those reasons, I love it. However, it's not perfect. It says it's a laptop bag, and it does have a dedicated section, but there's very little padding. Luckily I have a laptop sleeve already (for my 13in laptop), and it fits perfectly. Also the velcro flap that secures the computer has already started to wear out and unravel. There's only two small pockets on the inside for phone or whatnot, but there is a back zip pocket and two small side zip pockets. I thought I could put my keys in the side pocket, but they ripped the lining almost immediately. Lastly, there's no handle on top, which would be super convenient, but not absolutely required. I guess it sounds like a lot of bad things, but they're not super important to me, and since the bag fit my more important criteria, I'm really happy with it. I hope it will be sturdy and long-lasting, but I'll find that out over the next several months."
