"I bought this bag to use for meetings and field ministry work. While I expected that it might be too large for the ministry, it works well as it is not too bulky at all. It also work great for meetings and keeps things organized. More pockets than expected with 3 large slots for books (1 has pen, cell, card pockets), 2 thin slots for folders, and a zippered pocket inside another large slot. The large slots can all be covered by a single zipper for travelling, etc. Leather quality and fit and finish is very nice. It has a rustic/rugged feel to the leather and seems very durable. The chocolate color is very warm. It replaces my 20 YO bag and I am very happy with it."

"Dear eBags, I promised myself I would not buy another briefcase or purse - but I gave a dark brown briefcase like this to my Attorney - and then I wanted one for myself. They really are beautiful, and when you have to take only one file it's easier to downsize to this Portfolio briefcase and only carry the files needed - rather than drag everything in the big briefcase. There is still one more I want - that Fossil Estate case - but it costs an arm and a leg. This is really worse than drugs or gambling, but I am not even remotely sorry for anything I've bought from you. There are so many beautiful things at your site that I can't resist (at least not for very long). I have more paperwork than God, and it won't be long before all of the briefcases I have bought from you are full. Just please let me know when you have a sale on the Fossil Estate Case? It costs about $275 or something, and this buying cannot go on; I am allowing myself one last briefcase (the Estate Fossil). My Attorney loved the dark brown portfolio (David King) I gave him, and I love the lighter brown one I gave to myself. You know you're good. Best to everyone at eBags, L.J.A. Getchell, Cambridge"

"This was for my boyfriend who is a lawyer. The bag is little bit heavier than I thought. Also, it is much much lighter than I expected it to be from the picture on the website. I purchased brown color bag, and what I received was not like tree color, or common furniture color. The bag itself is okay. It seems strong enough to carry lap top as a briefcase."

"This bag is exactly as pictured. It expands some, which is helpful. The handles slide up and down as described. The strap is plenty long and adjustable. Inside the zippered part, the bag has loops for pens and spot for business cards. As I'd hoped when I bought it, I've found this bag to be a great size for carrying files to the courthouse."

"My wife bought this brief case for me. I like it very much, because it is well made. Also I like the generous proportions of the divided sections in it. It has places for pens and pencils, records of calls made, etc. Besides that there are front and back areas for educational materials I might want to offer. The only thing I noticed was the color is lighter than expected, but even so it is an exceptionally nice bag, and I am very happy with it. The price was very good for a bag of this quality, and delivery time was was good too. All in all a great transaction. Thank you ebags."

"I have returned the item. After less than 30 days use one side of one of the handles pulled out of its grommet. I had not even used the handles much. I had been looking forward to the purchase and am disappointed."
