"(Sorry-no paragraph breaks on this form) Overall, a bit of a disappointment. I travel 70k+ miles per year consistently over the past 6 or so years and have used my decade-old duffle most of that time. I needed a new duffle and thought this would fit the bill. PROS: Design and style are nice. It is a professional-looking bag with a clean design. The hardware looks great, with hefty metal zipper pulls and strap hooks/loops. The main compartment is a decent size, and the pockets in the side compartment are nice. It is very light, as the Delsey Helium line is known for. I also like that it has little feet on the bottom. CONS: First, the material is thin, kind of like that crinkly tarp material, and doesn't feel as substantial as some other duffles. I can't say whether or not it's durable, but it certainly doesn't give that impression. I get that it's a compromise in order to make it lighter, but I wasn't a fan. Second, the dimensions (as another commenter stated) are not at all accurate. While the stated dimension (11x11) for height and depth seem spot on, the width (or length) (20") is not even close. I measured it out at 17" exterior end-to-end, maybe 18" if you're really stuffing the bag. I have no idea how they get away with calling this a 20" bag, because it's just not. Finally, the shoulder strap pad is a pretty weak piece. It's kind of a rubber faux leather with pebbled texture, but it is not at all grippy which, in my opinion, defeats the purpose. All in all, not the bag I was looking for. If you want a bargain and are ok with the small size and thin materials, then it's an acceptable bag. Also a good size for carrying onto small regional jets and for meeting Euro carryon regulations (although I've never had a problem with my true 19" duffle). However, this is neither the size nor quality I was expecting. I plan on shopping around for a Victorinox WT 4.0 Cargo Duffle or NXT 5.0 Footlocker, or maybe step up to a Briggs & Riley Baseline."

"Very handy bag for my use. Not too big and bulky like others and definitely suites my needs!"

"The bag arrived with a broken strap. I cannot fix it. I can use but with no strap it makes it really difficult."

"The bag looks sturdy and is attractive. Only used it once so far on a three day trip and it held every thing I needed. I probably could have packed enough for five days if I needed to. It makes an excellent carry on. I am very pleased."

"I am a flight attendant & use this bag weekly. It has to stand up to a lot of abuse, i.e., cramming into small spaces, on & off vans with other bags piled on top, etc. I've only had it a few weeks so time will tell. However, it has a lot of space and seems very sturdy. So far I am extremely happy with it."

"I purchased this bag to use as my hospital bag to take to the hospital to have my baby. Although I have not had my baby yet, the bag is packed and ready to go and it holds everything I need for a 3-4 day hospital stay for me and the baby to include clothes, toiletries and some simple baby gear. Love this bag!"

"The Dimensions of 20" x 11" x 11" is inaccurate. The width is measured as 16.5" when empty. Even with side pockets full, I doubt it will extend to 20" as stated. You can't stuff much into the half circle opening side pockets because they are kind shallow. Design can be better. Overall, a good quality small duffle."
