"I looked for a long time to replace my carry on. The one I had was an excellent for three day trips to where I could bring a suite a few shirts and my running gear. This bag has exceeded my expectations. Not only does it hold everything that my other bag did this can also expand to give extra room. I have not had to use that option yet but nice to know its available. Overall rugged bag, very good zippers. I like the two external pockets for easy access to liquids for TSA and chargers for my electronics. The only negative so far is that the handle is a 2" too long to have my briefcase on top the bag. I cannot hold both items unless I am lifting the briefcase up. It also does not balance well with the briefcase on top. It is designed to carry your briefcase with a strap that is in the top pocket, which works great but I am just used to having my briefcase on top. My background is engineering and I like the design of the bag. A lot of simple but very useful ideas have been designed into this bag that made this bag the choice for me over other bags. Overall I am very pleased with this bag."

"Got this for my daughter's week travel abroad. She travelled light & this 21" bag did the trick. You can pack lots of things if you organize well. Very sturdy with good handle & wheels. Checked it through baggage & it survived with no problems."

"Love everything about the bag. Have two others in this line and when our similar bag died bought this one. Looking forward to using it for many years. One of best features of these Delsey bags are the inset wheels. The never get snagged and can't see how they could break off. Great product."

"I am a former weekly traveler and now travel every month or so both domestically and internationally. I bought this, after reading many reviews for various bags, to substitute for a 10 year old Victorinox 22" expandable while it is under repair. I am very happy with the 21" Delsey and would buy another if needed. Good lightweight bag. Rolls easily. Good aesthetic (IMO) vs. other bags in a similar price range. Great value for money, especially because it expands--did not find that feature in many other bags for similar price. Highly recommend."

"I ordered this bag as a replacement for one that was stolen at the airport in Las Vegas. That is, I thought it was the same bag I owned. It is inferior to mine, which I'd had and used for 2-3 years. The zipper separated during the first flight I used it for; and again on the second flight. I really need to return it to you for a replacement. My business is on-site project manager-not an option on your quick question survey. I travel by air at least twice a month. My original Delsey featherweight was a rockstar, but this one clearly will not cut it! How do I return it? Please don't post this, but respond to my question regarding the return. Thank you!"
