Maybe I just got a bad bag but when I talked to Delsey about the warranty they just told me all these issues were from "hard use" and were not covered!"

"I love this bag. I used to check one larger suitcase when I travel for a week on business and would have to be very careful that I didn't exceed the 50 lb limit. With this bag, I can pack everything I need for the week and it's only around 32-34 lbs. I assume the bag itself weighs less, which is great. After using it for several months on frequent business travel, I have started to see slight wearing on the fabric but not much. However, this last trip I had, the baggage handlers somehow broke the buckle at the top that holds down the flaps. I can't find an authentic Delsey replacment buckled so ordered a generic one and hope it fits but it won't be here in time for my next trip in a week. I don't know how I'll hold down that flap so it doesn't get damaged more but I'll have to rig something up. I do love this bag and if it becomes unusable, I'll buy it again."
