"Hoped the bag would have more pockets or way to better organize items Also zipper only goes half way so how are you supposed to use the area with elastic ties to store clothing? I am returning mine"

"I have a Delsey and wanted to purchase a bigger one, capacity wise, and when I received this tote, the zipper kept sticking and the handle would not retract when it was extended. Very disappointed. I have returned this style. Also it did not have inside pockets."
