"It is bigger than it looks and very rugged. The only problem is rolling it when it is not that full - it is hard to roll when empty. My only other quibble is the dedicated computer pocket. It takes up a lot of space and I rarely put my laptop in the bag. The padding and shape of the pocket make it difficult to use it for anything else. i wish it was removable."

"This personal tote is a great, compact piece. It's smartly designed, compartmented well, and good for those short business trips that you didn't want to go on in the first place. I enjoy it, and the four swivel wheels makes it fly!"

"I liked it but didn't love it. I got this because I usually visit my family across the country twice a year and also wanted something I could use for vacation. I don't like that I am not able to open the lid all the way. I have to slide everything in and I don't find it comfortable. It fits about 3-4 days worth of luggage depending on how much you pack. This is pretty decent considering it is meant for a carry-on."

"Generally rolled smoothly through the airport except it needed a little help over metal "seams". Was light enough for me to put in the overhead bin. (I am only 5ƈ") Overall, i would recommend this suitcase."

"First time I used it for an overseas trip the zipper malfunctioned and it took a lot of work to get it to work properly. Also, the retractable handle malfunctioned several times. I have had Delsey luggage before so I spent the extra money and was very disappointed."

"Seems study and is very light. The snap ties that limit the opening are a bit of a conundrum; I can't figure out why they are there, and they get in the way when you close it sometimes. I like this and ould buy it again."
