"I wanted a small bag to replace our draw string bags to take to theme parks to hold all of the necessary items for the day. The photos of this image were a little confusing because they show a fanny pack and a back pack. I wasn't sure if the item included a free fanny pack with it or if folded into the fanny pack. Well, it turns out that the bag folds down into the fanny pack. I guess this is supposed to be a bonus, but it is somewhat of a useless feature. Because the bag folds into the fanny pack, the fanny is useless because, well, it is filled with the bag. I am not really sure why I would need to fold my bag down and wear it as a fanny (which is a questionable fashion statement anyway) when I could just wear it on my shoulders with or without cargo. That being said, the little fanny portion does convert into a pouch within the bag that can be handy for small items, but it does block some access to the bottom larger part of the bag and, because it can be worn as a fanny, it must also hold the strap of the pack and this takes up cargo space. The bag itself is nice, attractive, and is small - it is just about the perfect size for a day at a theme park. The small zipper section in the front is great for quick need/frequently used items. The side mesh pockets are great for holding a 20 oz water or soda bottle, but that size does push its capacity limits, so you wouldn't be able to go larger. I would have liked it if it had been just a little larger in the shoulder area because the width of it seems more fitted for a child. I am not a small person and I can still wear it, but a few more inches would have been nice. Finally, I was hoping it would be large enough to roll a light jacket up in, but I don't know that it will hold a jacket and my other items. All in all, I like the bag and it is better than a draw string bag, it allows more organization than a draw string bag; but, it is also three times the cost of a draw string bag which technically holds more."

"this is a great little and light day pack. It is roomy and has tons of places to put my go-to items (camera, cellphone, snacks, sunscreen, ID, etc). Because the pack is so light, adding items doesn't make it too heavy. I would not use this as a fanny pack since I already have one AND when you fold it down to fanny pack size, there is no room or anything else. But as a day pack when hiking and travel excursions, this is your bag."

"I purchased this item for my son for a weekend camping trip/hike. He was able to store 3-32oz water bottles plus several other "hiking necessities" with still a little room left. It was confortable to wear. The only downside of it would be when converting it to a waist pack, there is not very much room to store items. All-in-all we were happy with this item."

"This is a really nice bag. I recently went on vacaction and needed a bag to use while out on a Quad. I needed something small and light weight but also large enough to fit my larger Cannon camera to take pictures of the view from the top of the mountain. The pack did just that and folded up nice and didn't take up much room in my larger bag that I took on the plane. It is durable and easy to clean. It was very dusty on the trails and the bag was covered but I was able to wipe it down quickly and make it look good again (I have the black one). I was able to fit the following into it and still have room: 2 bandanas, large cannon camera, small camera, small handheld camcorder, TP, wallet, keys, iPod and earbuds, handwipes and several other items, along with a water bottle on the outside which I secured to the bag with a clip. I will continue to use this bag when traveling and recommend it to everyone, it can be a travel bag or even a purse or shopping bag!"
