"This is a great backpack. I bought it for my 6 yr. old granddaughter for school. The hard back feature is great because it will prevent the things inside like her lunch from getting crushed. And, it's lightweight, as well. The only negative was that it was supposed to come via 2 day shipping so she would have it on the first day of school. However, it took about 8 days to arrive instead of 2, which was disappointing. However, after calling customer service, the shipping delay issue was resolved quickly."
