"The Shoulder back is beautiful in appearance, but...the strap keeps sliding down and won't keep the length I set it too. Also, if you try to expand the bag to hold more than a thin book the flap will not close where the magnet is and flaps open. Please make a model that when fully expanded it still closes."

"This is a beautiful shoulder bag that replaced my worn Dunhill shoulder bag. It's size would be perfect for me, except the I carry a lot of things that cause the flap not to close properly. It does not touch the magnet. I should add that I don't keep so much stuff in it that it bulges. The items I keep in it cause the bag to open to the full 2 inches, from top to bottom. My other beef with this bag is that the cell phone pocket is too small to fit my iPhone 4S. The quality of construction seem very good at this point. The strap is sturdy and a good length. Though if I were to make it shorter, the shoulder pad would not be in the center of the strap, thus making it useless. But, that is a common problem with all adjustable straps. In all, I am pleased with the bag. The fact that it doesn't hold as much as my Dunhill bag did, causes me to downsize the junk I carry. And, that's probably a good thing."
