"We bought this to take on our cruise in June 2010 and we used it in Mexico as we floated down an underground river. The bag strap was around my neck and the bag floated along with me. My camera and spare batteries stayed totally dry and took pretty good pictures. Won't travel without it. works great in the rain too. Loaned it to others who also loved it. Looking to buy another for a bigger camera now."

"Haven't used it yet in that I packed in a hurry for my last trip and forgot it! It certainly appears very sturdy and the way it closes lookes like it will be very water-tight. I really bought it to take to Ireland on my next trip as the first time I went there we all had our camera in plastic ziplocks which worked sometimes and sometimes not. I was going to take it to Mexico to keep the sand away from my camera, but as I said I forgot it."

"I have only used this item once so far. As long as it keeps my camera and/or phone dry it will be good. My husband just wanted to use a zippered plastic bag but I think this will be more effective. I plan on using it for boating, watering the garden and at amusement parks."
