"I'm returning the bag. It isn't because it isn't well made, but that I was looking for something that would fold flat when not using it. This bag has a "structure" to it meaning it keeps the same shape empty or full. This probably adds a little more protection to the bag's contents, but that isn't what I was looking for. I bought the Weekender Heritage instead and am happy with that bag."
