"I got this bag in early Feb of this year and on the first trip it got a nick in the fabric on the front. On my last trip, I discovered that one of the seams on the front was tearing loose for about 3-4 inches and the Eagle Creek logo was missing....just holes where the logo had been. I will be sending it back under the "no matter what" warranty, but truthfully I thought this bag would hold up a little better. I'm pretty bummed about this, since I have several pieces of Eagle Creek that I have purchased since this one, but not used as much. Some positives are that the bag is light, rolls nicely, and the wheels are really well placed and attached. Fortunately, there is a warranty and Eagle Creek is good about honoring it....so far.....hopefully, a repaired or replaced bag is in my future."

"Generall durable suitcase. Held up well during our trip to Europe with lots of transfers through train stations. Thus far, only the raised logo plate has come off after 6 months use (monthly use) Suggest to manufacturer that they do an embossed logo instead."

"This is the fourth Eagle Creek Tarmac rolling upright we have purchased. They have all made multiple overseas trips. I just ordered this new one because we only had one 25" bag and needed another. I can pack them to the hilt and still be under the 50 lb weight limit. Highly recommend them."

"This bag is attractive and streamlined, lightweight and allows for good organization and separation of items. I recommend it for others. the 25 inch bag holds tons of stuff for a week or more vacation."
