"I bought the Crew Cooler Jr. 6 months ago, and I have been using it for work every day since then. It has been a perfect fit for me. I like to bring several healthy snacks as well as lunch, and the main section is large enough to contain all my containers and other items that need to be kept cold along with two ice packs that I place on top of the food. Anything that doesn't need to be kept cool I put in the top compartment. For example, I recently brought a small (1/2 c) container of hummus, a small bag of cut carrots, a boiled egg, some ham and cheese roll-ups, some cold asparagus, 1 c container cottage cheese, and a small (8 oz) container of juice, plus a banana, an orange, and about 10 cherry tomatoes in the non-chilled compartment. I keep a granola bar (for emergency snacking) in the front pouch along with my trusty spork. I rarely use the shoulder strap. so I roll it up and tuck it into one of the side compartments. The construction is very sturdy, and it has held up well. I wipe out the interior with a damp cloth at the end of the day, and clean it with soap and water once a week."

"WOO HOO I got a black one!! Nice bag/cooler. Pricey, but worth it..especially if you catch it on sale. Keeps my hot stuff warm, and the cold stuff cool. Size wise, it's just what I expected. eBags' description and picture are spot on. Do not expect to get big stuff in this one. This is perfect for one meal (in the right dishes), or a bunch of snacks. You 12-hour, two meal users should probably consider the bigger version, unless you're a lite eater. Might I suggest measuring your favorite containers to get an idea if they will/not fit. I was a bit dissapointed at the water bottle pockets. That's clearly a Disani bottle in the pic, not sure how eBags got that in the pocket. Maybe it's just my bag?? You'll have to work to get anything over the average 12can or 16oz water bottle in these pockets. You can also count out most of the "she-she poo-poo" water bottles and travel mugs. I hope they rethink this on future models. Another suggestion for future models would be to borrow from the larger version, and add a "Rear pass-thru pocket" for stacking on top of your wheeled bag. I could really use this in my commute. Maybe you all could do a video or a side-by-side comparison of the big Crew and the Jr. It might help customers with their final decision. Last suggestion, I may be stretching it here....Maybe eBags could offer a line of containers as an option? It certainly would have saved me some time."

"I really like the design of the bag. It has a compartment for everything I need. I debated between the JR and the II. I felt the Crew Cooler II was too big, but now that I have the Crew Cooler Jr, I feel it is too small. I think you should make a medium size Crew Cooler. The only thing I don't like about the Crew Cooler Jr other than the size is it is hard to put a regular bottle of water in the end pockets."
