"First the good: roomy zippered top pocket for pens, sunglasses, cellphone, a couple snack bars, and my toothbrush kit. I don't use the two side water bottle pockets (as noted in previous posts, too small for most bottles), but I use one for my ipod, the other for my earbuds. The front zippered pocket is for my passport and wallet and money. Now the OK: The insulated area is adequate for two 20 oz. bottles, a sandwich, and a small freeze bag; that's it. OK for one meal only. I bought the Crew Cooler II for double the meal and accessory room. Tip: For extra insulation, unzip the inner liner, blow a little air in few a quart-size ziplock bags, and insert them on each side and the bottom of the bag."

"i carry my lunch to work every day in this. i have a small ice pack that fits nicely in the bottom of it and i can pack my lunch on top of the ice pack. side zippered pouch holds my noontime medication. it fits my needs perfectly."
