"I bought this bag because I'm not strong enough to manage a large bag without help if I have to travel from place to place and wanted a bag I was sure would meet international airline carry on standards. I travelled in Japan on and off trains and on Japanese domestic air flights for 2 weeks. This little bag was stuffed so that I had to sit on it to zip it. It held a dress, skirt, 2 pairs slacks, 1 pair shorts, swimming suit, 3 jackets, 7 tops, 3 pairs of shoes including athletic shoes, underwear, toiletries and gifts for my Japanese friends. The wheels and zipper held up perfectly to bumping over cobblestones, up curbs and on and off said trains. The spinner wheels are a delight on hard surfaces and perform well enough on hard carpet, too. The handle can be set at different heights which makes it easier to use if you want to put a smaller bag on top or you need to switch to pulling it rather than pushing it along at your side. A plus is that it is difficult to find a bag that fits in nearly ANY overhead bin and still looks brand new after a punishing trip. I highly recommend this bag."

"As someone who travels about 160,000 miles per year I need luggage that will hold up, that is easy to pack, that will hold a lot without tearing at the seams and that I can depend on not to be damaged by baggage handlers. This definitely fills the bill. I am routinely amazed by the amount that I can get into this bag and how light it is when fully packed. When packed for a typical 4 day trip it is only slightly heavier than the high end name brand luggage I have been using is empty. I highly recommend this to anyone who does serious travel."

"If you purchase this luggage, be sure to test out the lock system immediately upon arrival. We waited a few days and barely had time to receive the replacement before our trip to the United Kingdom. Yes, as you have probably guessed it, the problem was with the locking system. As both my husband and I are extremely adept at working with mechanical things, we believed others' such problems with the lock was simply due to their in inexperience in dealing with thereof. The lock worked fine initially; however, after two days, the lock failed to open even using the factory reset setting. We contacted Ebags and was sent another bag quickly the day of our trip. We were impressed with the quick and courteous response of Ebags in this matter. We will work with Ebags again but will not be adding another 2.0 Spinner to our luggage collection for fear of yet another failure of the locking system. In the end, we did not set it to a personal code. We simply left it on the factory settings. I would not recommend this item unless you are willing to either keep the luggage on the factory setting or not use the lock at all. I simply would not take the chance of arriving at your destination and having a catastrophic failure of the locking system. With this in mind, if you do choose this this luggage, you will be purchasing a beautiful, high quality and well organized piece which I would highly recommend were it not for the the faulty locking system which easily passes the International baggage requirements."

"I just received my EXO carry on, but here are my initial thoughts. It's definitely durable in terms of the outer shell. The spinners move very smoothly, just as advertised. I like that the lining is NOT orange. I know that's eBags 'thing' to make everything orange, but I really would not have wanted that for my suitcase. The criss-crossing zipper pulls seem as though they would be harder to pry apart (more on the zipper below). The finish looks nice and shiny (more on the finish below). The interior is perfectly fitted for eBag's packing cubes (fancy that). I've found that I can fit a couple different configurations with the two packing cube sets I have. On the other hand, The zipper is not as magical as their demo video may lead you to believe. The spinners, while very smooth, are loud. Imagine the sound of a spinning desk chair on a plastic floor mat and you will have a pretty good idea of how loud it is. It's not deafening, but it's loud enough to draw attention. The telescoping handle is wobbly. Knowing eBags will replace anything that breaks is reassuring, but I'm still worried it might break mid-vacation. The finish looks nice, but it's rough on the hands, particularly when using the retractable side handle. I'm hesitant to grab the handles because the finish rips at my fingers a bit. There are no organization pockets inside, not even a mesh pouch in which to zip documents. Upon arrival, the rubber zipper trim was dented from the criss-crossing zipper pulls, which worries me some. Do I like this bag? Mostly, yes. Is there room for improvement? Definitely."

"I've been using the carry-on for about a month. I replaced another brand's carry-on after I was stopped by United from taking it on. I argued my way onto the plane with it, but it wasn't worth having to do every time now that they're getting stricter about the size. It's expensive, in my opinion, but I love it. The size is perfect that no one stops you. I pack it to the gills and the zipper holds up easily. I like the separation between two sections as it makes it easy to pop open. Yes, it would be nice for it to have the outside pocket, but I don't mind opening my luggage up to put the liquids in after going through TSA. I like the bright, yellow color I chose. I get comments every time I travel. Either people like it or just note the ease of finding it (it's mine). I don't like the eBags logo that's huge on the back and the black really makes it stick out on the front. HOWEVER, it does help me recognize which side needs to lay on the ground when opening. It isn't breaking but there's black scuff marks all over it after a month. I haven't tried to see if they will wipe off but they're there if you have issues with appearance. No odor issues. Love the wheels. When I'm bored at the gate, I'll stand there spinning the case because of its ease of use. The handle is perfect especially at my 5Ƈ" height. And it doesn't fall over even with my overstuffed handbag hanging from the top of it. Most importantly, I love the inset handles. I use this mainly for travel but also brought it on a cruise. No one else had the same bag on my floor level and there's a lot of luggage on a cruise."

"Really like this bag. It is smallish, but does fully comply with airline regulations for size. Color is great - I got it in purple. Checked it for my last trip and it came through the baggage handlers very well. Wheels roll really well with little effort. I do wish that it had an outside pocket and the ability to expand. But overall I'm very happy with it."

"I travel 2-3 weeks a month for business and check this bag for several flights each week. Pros: It's roomy and easily handles the weight of my training materials and protects the contents. The color is awesome and easy to spot on the baggage carousel. It's well-balanced and rolls nicely. Cons: The telescoping handle was slightly wobbly to start and became more so over time until it stopped easily extending at all. It would get stuck up or down with almost every use. The regular handles are somewhat difficult to grab because they are so flat against the bag itself. One of the interior zippers for the mesh flap on one side fell off after a couple months of use and the second one fell off a week later. However...ebags certainly made good on their lifetime warranty and is sending a replacement with no hassle at all. I wish I'd called sooner... the whole exchange was smooth and pleasant. I don't even have to worry about shipping the old one back!"

"While it's bright and sharp and rolls easily, I had to replace the first one after about 6 months because a wheel broke off, not even under stress. eBags was awesome, however, replacing it without me having to ship back the broken one. THAT I truly appreciate. And I'd still buy this one again. I wanted a red spinner, and this one is sharp."

"I like the look, the ease of rolling, and the materials used for the suitcase. It is the lock that is a big issue. I took this suitcase for its first trip. I followed the directions for setting the lock carefully. I arrived at my destination only to find the lock wouldn't open. I tried the original default setting, nothing. I tried the combination I have set, nothing. Thankfully TSA at the airport was nice enough to use their key to open it for me. They deal with many suitcase locks and informed me that mine was defective. I contacted customer service and was told they would mail me a new lock to install on the suitcase. (They obviously have no idea of my true mechanic abilities). I want a suitcase I don't have to repair after just one trip."

"I've used this bag for a 2 day business trip and a 5 day vacation. I was worries about the longer trip, but it wasn't even a tight fit. I doubt I could have made it if I needed a second pair of shoes though. On the shorter trip the only worry was not having enough to fill out the bag. This is my first 50/50 split bag and I didn't know how to pack it since I was only using 30 of the volume. I'm sure there's a right way to do it but I haven't found it yet. Overall I'm very happy switching from 2 wheels to 4. It rolls smoothly on hard surfaces and most carpet. I have no idea how well it will hold up bit I'm very happy so far."
