"I didn't want to rate this item until I had used it on several trips, I bought two of them because I travel alot for work and I have to travel heavy (usually right at 50 pounds per bag). So far they have held up great. They do show a few dings and scratches from the baggage handlers, but that's much better than my last hardside which lasted only a few trips. I do agree with the person who said that the zipper was more of a softside type, but it's not a big deal. I was used to the clamshell type opening from previous bags so it wasn't a big deal to me, but I can see how it could cause some problems in certain circumstances. Overall I don't think you can beat the quality for anything less than double the price, if not more than that. I would definitely buy this bag again, and I highly recommend it to everyone who asks me about it during my travels. My only disappointment was the fact that they were only available in black when I needed them, the brighter colors would make airport identification much easier."

"This piece of luggage is very light (so easy to lift and move). I like the way that the luggage is divided and the straps. It wheels very easily, even when fully loaded with clothes and shoes."

"This product handles well. It is much smoother than other spinners I have. The downside is that there are no pockets inside and a place to grab on to at the bottom would be good so that it is easier to pick up and place on a luggage stand commonly found in hotels."

"I absolutely love this bag. The only thing I can think of that would make it better would be to put straps in the same side with the net.....this way items would be held secure when the bag is only partially packed. What I really don't like is that you are now posting advertisements on my Facebook account. Please stop."

"We have travelled with these bags many times now, and remain as impressed with them as we were when they first arrived. Despite numerous flights and car trips, they have yet to be damaged or even visibly scuffed. The pros: lightweight, easy to pack (once you get the hang of the top-bottom division being half and half, unlike what you are probably used to with most suitcases), flexibility with packing due to movable divider, rolls easily and maneuvers quickly whether empty or full and over varied hard surfaces, stable as long as nothing is placed on top of it. The cons: (1) placing something on top of it (like a carry-on bag) needs to be done carefully because if you don't get the balance right you can topple them both over; (2) the bag rolls great over multiple surfaces (carpet, flagstone, cobblestone, sidewalk, concrete...), but sometimes I find I have to lift it just the tiniest bit (fraction of an inch) to help one or both pairs of wheels over a transition from one surface to another when there is a ridge or some kind of barrier/bump between two adjoining surfaces (these are also sometimes found in places like doorways) -- something to be aware of, because if you come at the bump too quickly you come to a VERY sudden stop. The biggest con: The zipper. I both love and hate the zipper. Love it because when it works it works great. Flawless. And it is lockable in a fixed position, so if someone has entered the bag, I know it. This is one of thre reasons I bought this bag. What I don't llike about the zipper is that about half the time it can be a little difficult navigating around the corners -- you have to lift up the top of the case a little bit while moving the zipper around the corner. Once you get the hang of it it is easy, but it means that zipping up the bag is a TWO-HANDED task, a fundamental difference from a soft-sided bag. Bottom line: I LOVE these bags and we will be buying at least one more."

"Love it! I wanted a good quality replacement for an older one which was beaten up by airports, and found it with this. The black color is very good at hiding the unavoidable scratches and continues to look good even after 100k flight miles on it. Only wish was that the compartment separator included was on the side with the zippered webbing to separate stacks of clothes versus the side with the straps that nicely holds hangared clothes. Very good product overall - what sold me on it was the lifetime warranty which I've used in the past on another eBags product with great results."

"Great case, love the zippered net cover on the one side and the pen area on the opposite side. I use it for my travel clothes and photo equipment. It's perfect."
