"The back zipper (main compartment) broke the first day. I am going to have to return the bag. It looks great, but I'm very disappointed. I am going to order a different bag because even though the front buckle looks great (more purse-like, less like a suitcase), it makes getting something in and out of that section very challenging (to undo and redo the buckle). That section also does not open very far so you are limited in what fits. No quick grab of the phone or drop your keys in for that pocket."

"Love this bag - it looks great going to business meetings and finally, the load is off my shoulder. The mobile office is plenty spacious. I can carry my padfolio, files and my laptop. There are many compartments to keep everything organized. It appears to be durable..., time will tell. I definitely recommend this bag!"

"The leather loop handle was poorly thought out. I run through airports daily. If you let it hang to the back of the bag, it drags on the ground, so I fold it down and forward so the retractable handle is raised with the leather loop around it. This has resulted in the leather fraying at the metal contact points - I am damned if I do and dammed if I don't. Also, when I lay it flat and slide it under the airline seat, it has resulted in the leather wearing away at contact points. The bag looks brand new, with all these worn away parts. It almost seems like parts of the bag are a cheap vinyl."

"I travel four days a week, and fly twice. I always have a large laptop and an iPad a small wallet and files along with electrical cords. Besides other misc items in this bag. It has held up nicely. I love is 99.99. I wish the clasp on the little front pocket was easier to use. All this has done is caused me to put the things I need but rarely use in there. The inside has been plent y big enough for all m needs. It fits both below the seat in all the planes i have been on and above on 99 the planes. Some of them are so small nothing fits above. Normally this works quite well. I can see me buying it again if and when I ever need to buy another one. Outside still looks new after six months. Handles, pull handle, wheels, zippers all have held up nicely. Great buy. Note to mfg: change clasp, make handles a little longer"
