"This was a closeout, so I guess I won't be able to get another one! Not that I would need one--it remains in the same fine condition as when it was received several years ago. I like all the compartments and feel that the area provided for laptop storage protects the computer very well. Some items used at home and away are stored in this bag for easy access all the time. The outer slot on one side makes it easy to slip the bag over the handle on top of our Motherlode rolling luggage for easy airport travel. A winner all around!"

"First of all, none of the occupational choices fits. I am a freelance editor whose work requires a computer wherever I happen to be. Now for the bag story: Well over a year ago, I bought the unXpected Slim Brief and simply loved it. However, I immediately regretted that I had not gone for the Deluxe Brief, which had more room. But I was too late the closeout was over, and the Deluxe was gone. I bought another bag from eBags that had similar organizational pockets, but it is stiffer and somehow less comfortable to use. Miraculously, the Deluxe Brief reappeared briefly (really, no pun intended), and I was able to snag it before it once again disappeared. Its pockets and compartments are perfect for files, adapter, other computer and cell phone accessories, lunch, a sweater, just about everything I need, including, of course, the laptop. But what distinguishes this bag from others is its sheer comfort. Things slip in and out of pockets with ease, the bag is flexible--sturdy without being stiff, the zippers work smoothly, and the overall quality is downright impressive. It's wonderful to have a bag whose openings don't claw at your hands when you're using it! I love both of my unXpected briefs, use each when appropriate, and bought the unXpected tote to complete the collection. UnXpectedly, I am an unabashed unXpected fan."

"I am a professor and I carry a large number of items back and forth from the university each day. As was the case with my last e-bag brand product, this case is an exceptional value. The handles are solid, and the case provides good protection for the laptop. It has many compartments making organization a snap. A few quibbles: 1) The water bottle holder on the side is too small to use except with the smallest of containers 2) The loose change compartment is buried near the bottom of the case making retrieving coins quite difficult if that bag is packed. 3) I would prefer a hook for the keys rather than an elastic string--it is too easy to have keys caught underneath bag contents. Having said that, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase an e-bags branded product again."
