"(1) An iPad2 with a rubber bumper type 'case' on it fits nicely, with room to spare. (2) An iPhone won't fit in the velcro-secured 'phone pouch', but a travel-size bottle of hand sanitizer fits perfectly. (3) Construction seems pretty good. (4) Material is "quiet" compared to that used by 5.11 and Maxpedition. (Maxp's nylon, while strong, is very "crinkely" which can be annoying.) (5) The inner lining doesn't seem to have a water resistance coating, but after having a shoulder bag like this from mec dot ca for a few years, that coating only starts to flake off anyway. It's a real pain to deal with. (6) The inner zippered pocket doesn't go all the way to the bottom, only about hand depth. But that's good because little things won't get lost back there. (7) I use this as a simple Every Day Carry (EDC) bag when I'm taking the kids around or going over to family. It can hold the iPad and sketch book in the main big pouch; a pen/pencil case, hand sanitizer bottle and light paperwork (bills, letters, etc) in the main front slip pocket; in the flap pocket I put keys, wallet, clip on sunglasses. (8) The only thing I might have added would be a simple handle (1/2" webbing) so when I am getting into a car, I could grab the handle and swing the bag off my neck an into the passenger seat...instead of grabbing the whole top part of the bag. Minor issue, really. (9) Compare it to the other 'big guys' making shoulder bags and you'll end up ordering two of these!"

"This bag has plenty of room for everyday items and a tablet in a leather case. I wish the zipper was on top and the flap didn't open."

"It looks OK. But poor design. The fold cover is unconventional for put in and take out anything special for iPad. For me it is not useful."

"I bought the Everest to use when travelling. It looks great, not feminine!! There are several zippered pockets to carry anything you would desire! I am very happy with this bag!!"

"Good value, easier to carry than a briefcase. Hold lunch and an umbrella."

"I bought this bag to use for air travel instead of a small backpack that I've used for years. It held my Ipad perfectly, a magazine, and other items that I wanted in my small carry-on. The shoulder strap made it more accessable than the backpack."
