"Just the right size for a "man-bag" when you want to carry more than usual - some books, an 11" Macbook Air, a micro four thirds camera and lenses, a lunch (not all at once, obviously). It's both handsome and nondescript enough to not draw too much attention to itself. I prefer it to my more expensive Timbuk2 in many cases! (guess that's a pun, huh?)"

"The bag is a great size and good quality for the price. I carry in it a folder with work and personal papers, my tablet and charger, and a few other supplies. I like the little Velcro pockets on the front under the flap that secures with a sturdy clasp."

"I had the original Everest Bag and it served me well. The new Everest bag is a scaled down version that is very well designed. The problem with the original Everest was it's lack of a way to secure pockets. The original Everst was large enough for a laptop. The new Everest is large enough for a Netbook (which I use everyday). All the pockets can be secured and it is much lighter than the original. It is also smaller so you will not be able to cram the kitchen sink in there. On the downside, the strap could be a little wider. Overall, good value for the money!"

"I love this bag. It is just big enough to hold everything, including my IPad, without becoming horribly heavy and tempting me to add more and more, like my other larger messenger bag does. Very comfortable as a cross body or on my shoulder. Glad I found it!"

"Great bag, I love all of the compartments. very good for the weekends and keeping things organized. My daughter loves the bag too, I am gong to have to buy one for her now. The canvas is rough so if you are looking for something softer you might now like this bag. I think it is the perfect weekend bag."
