"The field bag exudes timeless style and durability. The leather feels weird at first because it is fuzzy on one side, but quickly wears smooth. There's not much organization, just a big compartment and a small outer pocket with two open slots outside. The strap is the best feature, very thick and takes a long time to wear in but once it does, feels great. This is my first filson bag and the workmanship is great. I would definitely consider another despite the higher initial cost."

"The bag is perfect for my needs. I used it for work as well as leisure. The materials seem to be top notch and workmanship is superb (which is reflected in the price). It's made in USA which is an extra plus. I'll be using this bag for many years; I'm sure it will age with dignity -- I hope I do also."

"Great field bag and perfect as an everyday bag. As typical with most Filson products, there is a breaking in period for the canvas and leather. I'll be traveling overseas next month and look forward to using this field bag and large zippered tote."
