"I bought this bag for my 6 grade daughter and the handle broke within 10 days. Since I didn't retain the receipt, I told my daughter to use it as a backpack. Then the strap broke within a month, so no longer in use. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT TO ANY OF MY FRIEND. Very poorly made. I have bought cheaper bags in the past and they all lasted longer than this."

"Very durable. My daughter has cerebral palsy and just needed a longer handle to transport her school items. Light weight and easy to handle."

"Liked the item very much but since I only use it for travel, I have not had the opportunity to use it yet. Although the quality of the backpack seemed very good, I felt the price was high."

"Handle does not stop at first extension, which makes the bag difficult to maneuver well in small spaces. Bag's "pockets"%*$!( (o! so sorry...but they really do). The "pockets" face only the front, which means the bag tilts to the front. Because half the "pockets" are mythical, i.e. they are flat pieces of material with no closure against the elements, they make working with the bag and looking like a pro mutually exclusive. Also, all exterior and interior bags need a cord extender on inner and outer "pocket" tabs. This is a feature I had on my previous bag, a $19 back-to-school bargain. Last but not least, the handle that's touted in their ad is down below the handle flap, and is not at an easy catch and throw position, as claimed in the description. I'd really like to work for ful as one of their physically challenged folks. I'd also love to see ebags add a physicially-challenged category for this type of merchandise. Need a bag that is relatively light, holds more than just a cpu or netbook or kindle, has protected and accessible pockets and 2-sided features to cushion materials and electronic equipment. If manufacturers somewhere can create a bag like this that costs $19 and lasts through 3 semesters, I'd love to find them on your website! Thx-moi"

"We are really disappointed-the screws have fallen out of the handle TWICE the handle pieces fall on the ground - this bag is only 3 weeks in use. We cannot believe that the handle screws are so cheap. If the screws fall out again, I will have no choice but to go and buy my son a new backapck and return this one. As good as it looked (and this is no cheap backpack) this just is not excusable. Evelyn Sauter"

"I bought this bag after reviewing many others with my son (9-yrs old) this was his pick. As a parent, I liked it because of the reinforcement on the bottom, as this area is the most vulnerable to damages. In front of my kids class, there was a parent who asked where I purchased and expressed her interest in getting one for her kid, too. One wish I have on this bag is that additional pocket or two on the side for a small hand-held dictionary would be great as is, my kid stuffs the backpack to its max with his text books, binders, dictionary, etc. The design stands out, too!"
