"The bag itself if everything that i was looking for in a bag. The problem that I have with this bag is the workmanship. I only got three months of use on it and the loop to hang it up came apart. I had to cut off the other end to keep it looking clean. What got me mad is that I have a computer bag by this same maker (FUL) and I have never had any issues. I think that they should of made it more durable from that top loop."

"Bought this for my son for Boy Scout outings. He takes this along with his regular pack to use as a day pack. It has quite a few little pockets for flashlight, first aid kit, etc. plus having the hydration bag. The only thing that would make it any better would be to have it slightly larger. I would recommend it."

"I purchased 2 of these units after reading the reviews. I looked over the outside of the packs and everything looked good - but both units had broken fill caps - they crack all the way around the top so that it is in 2 pieces. Looks like a MFG issue since both are cracked exactly the same way. Waiting to hear back from customer service to see what they will do."

"I have used this bag a total of three times since I got it, and that was about 4 weeks ago. The first two times, it was great. It was just what I wanted. Has many pockets, which makes it better for organizing. Has an upper front small pocket with an inner mesh pocket, a lower front pocket, two side pockets, one with an inner pouch that stores your stuff inside the bigger compartment area, which works really great for a small camera because the pouch is nice and thick and gives some protection. Inside the main compartment, it has another clear plastic compartment and a mesh type compartment. So, many compartments. Unfortunately, the third time I used it, it started falling to pieces, all in the same day. First the front orange part of the bag started to rip from where it's sewn to the zipper. Then the inner part of a side pocket started to fray and the outside bottom part of that same side pocket was falling apart as well. It's like if the whole bag was very badly sewn. It's a shame that this has happened, because I have been looking for a hydration backpack for a while and this was just what I needed. I don't know if it was just bad luck and this was the only one presenting these defects or if it's a common issue with this bag, but sure enough, this bag is going back. Hope this is useful to you!"
