"The nameplate on this bag was scuffed. I would not have bought it if I had seen it in the store as that detracts from the overall appearance and I wouldn't have thought the price worth it. Unfortunately, buying online means returning it is too much trouble. Too bad, because otherwise this is exactly what we were looking for."
