"The bag looks great but I have returned it for 2 reasons. First, it is larger and much heavier than is stated in the description. It was very heavy empty so forget about lifting it into a luggage rack when it is full. Second, the back carrying handle does not fit through the rolling handle so you would be left with the back handle always hanging off the back and being unable to close the handles while rolling the bag. The ease of use is just not good. Also, the accessory bags they include for cords is too small for my power cord."

"This was a gift for my girlfriend. She uses it every day. I carry it for her at times when it is heavy. The only thing that I would change on this bag is the addition of a shoulder strap. There are no rings or any place to connect a shoulder strap even if I wanted to buy one for her."
