"You can never go wrong with Kaminski brand merchandise.Quality is excellent and products last a long time.I did not give this hat a higher review,however, because of its size. The 8 vs. 12 Provence is significantly different.There's very little sun protection because of the shorter brim,this one does not have a wired brim and the colors are a little too diverse rather than blended for my taste. I also found on first attempt, that it did not take as well as promoted for folding when traveling and without having worn it, actually decided to return it and get a larger version. The problem there, though, is the larger versions are your standard solid colors and I was hoping for a mix of some sort.Although ridiculously high priced (I'm a licensed decorator so should know)considering where the hat is produced, I would still pay the $$$$ because, as mentioned, the quality cannot be beat. As a fun, wear to work, everyday hat...great. As a sunhat or for frequent travel....no. Go with the larger - not even the 10 - go with the 12 Provence."

"I like the care and concern taken for shipping my hat. It arrived as nice as if I had purchased it at Nordstrom's! I felt as if I had worked with a personal shopper, rather than an online store. There's a distinct difference!"
