Heys USA eScale Luggage Scale 

"Wow! How tough can a scale be to use? It shouldn't be at all! Nice hook, to hold the suitcase; too bad it doesn't weigh it! This item was purchased in February, while planning for my vacation in April, by the time I needed it, it did not work. (I live alone, so no children were playing with it) Unable to get it to change to pounds, flashed 50kg with an empty suitcase. Tried to reach Heys directly for service, but was only able to leave a message; and my plane leaves tomorrow. I was so very disappointed, in this totally useless item."

"Haven't used this yet but plan to for an upcoming vacation. Used a different (non-digital) style previously which was impossible to read while you were holding the scale with the bag was hanging on it, so I am hoping this one works better. I also purchased yet another style of scale from ebags just yesterday but it has not arrived yet, so we will see which one works best. Now I will have two so if I misplace one, I still have another."

"I used it to weigh my luggage while on vacation to avoid over-weight fees. It seemed accurate. I did get a few really low weight readings. I knew they were wrong, so I turned the unit off, and back on and then received an accurate reading. I did have a trouble changing the lb to kg. Gave up trying because I really didn't need the kg weight. Very handy to have it!"

I used to pay overages or to check a second bag before I purchased this hand held scale. Now I am able to know how much my luggage weighs before I reach the airport. "This scale is not easy to use. There are plenty others that you just turn on and hang your luggage that give you an immediate reading this one does not. It is comfortable in the hand and does the job."
