"I returned this bag immediatly. It is a cool bag but the fatal flaw for me is that the seperator between the main compartment and the end pockets is designed to be loose. in this design, if the main compartment is full, it expands to take up the space of the end pockets. I need a bag where the end pockets retain their size when the main compartment is full. I'm sure many people like this "feature" but you cant use the bag for ski boots. The worst thing about my experience was that I asked the eBags rep about this specifically and I got the wrong answer."

"The material on this piece is very thin. My son is using this weekly for Ski club and after the 2nd week it has holes and the seams are coming apart. I would never recommend this bag."

"The color does NOT match other luggage of High Sierra that I already own that I was attempting to match. The color shown online when held up does (even double checked to insure I didn't order the wrong color), but not when received. No time to return it however, had a trip planned the weekend received.... The order was processed ASAP, and it was still the size unit with components I needed at a good price."

"This bag turned out to be very flimsy. It's basically a gym duffle on wheels. I guess that's what they call "lightweight. I haven't used it yet. I was going to go on an international trip with it, but was concerned it wouldnt hold up. I'll be returning this one."
