"It has a great design with plenty of room.I am not a lite packer but this bag surprisingly has the room to fit all my stuff for a 40 day trip to Europe. It's barely over 5lbs and has quite rolling wheels and backpack straps for carrying over bumpy terrain. I like the handle on top but I don't like that it's fixed to the bag.It make hard to get into the top pocket.You can use it as one big bag as I prefer or two seperate compartments. It also has compression straps inside and on the outside. I would highly recommend this bag for the heavy packer."

"This is an ideal bag for those of us who like carry-on, but want to carry more than a week-end's worth of clothing. Because of the organization of the bag, the side open for the full bag, I can get 5-7 days of clothing in the bag, for a full week. It is sharp looking, convenient, and rolls so easily through even carpeted airports. High Sierra makes excellent products, but this is the most practical yet stylish bag in a long time."

"It's a good concept but needs some adjustment. I am using this as my only suitcase on a one year trip. The best feature is that it expands from 22" to 24". The many compartments are a good idea. What I don't like: 1) It can't be locked b/c the zipper pulls don't have holes for locks. 2) there is no carry loop to attach an extra bag/jacket on outside. 3) The handle for carrying the suitcase up/down steps is cloth and hard to grip. 4) The external front pocket needs to be squarer and larger to be useful to hold guidebooks, newspapers, binder. 5) backpack straps are useless and increase weight. I do not have the zip off front pack model b/c I needed the extra packing space."
