"I bought this bag last year for a three week trip to China. It held up thru 6 trips by plane, one train trip, being dragged to numerous hotel rooms and as many bus trips. It was over-stuffed and generally abused. I took duct tape with me to mend possible tears in the fabric of my bag and ended up lending it to others in my group to repair their luggage. My bag looks brand new. I just bought 3 more of the exact same bag as gifts for my daughter's family as we are all going to China in the spring. I also own this matching backpack. Excellent value, quality product."

"It's an awesome duffel concept - light, compartmentalised, with an ability to preserve some clothes in a case like enclosure. I would've loved that item unconditionally except for 2 issues. 1. The quality is not the top. The bottom seems very flimsy, I am afraid that with lot of weight it will sag between the weels. Probably result of weight saving. 2. It's not as big as picture might lead you to believe it's a little narrower then most duffels."

"Based on the reviews and because we already own High Sierra backpacks and smaller rolling suitcases, we decided to purchase this rolling duffel for use on our vacations - namely cruising. The smaller suitcases have been packed tot he gills and have stood up for 3+ years of heavy beating so we had high hopes for this rolling duffel. It looks nice and has a lot of outside compartments but our two main issues are that 1) the bottom well isn't deep enough to pack a lot of items and 2) it is front heavy. With no rubber stopper on the bottom of the duffel when put upright, it tips over when left on its own. Sadly, we have to return this and will try the standard 28" suitcase instead."

"I replaced an Athalon 29" multi pocket bag with this one. Even though it is an inch shorter it is definitely not short on space. I love the drop bottom part. It keeps my clothes separated and wrinkle free and leaves plenty of room for other stuff in the top. I travel every week on business sometimes by plane sometimes by car so my luggage takes an extreme beating. The Athalon lasted about 6 months before the bottom started to shred. This one seems better protected on the bottom and the back. I will say that it rolls behind me easily and is very balanced even when packed with 2 weeks worth of supplies and clothing. I absolutely love the color. It makes it extremely easy to identify even from far away. We will see how long it can withstand my daily grind."

"The size and organizational features of the bag are great the only thing it needs are some supports under the main section of the bag when it is in a "standing " position so it doesn't fall over forward. That is really the only thing lacking. It might truly influence whether I'd suggest it to someone looking for a similar bag as it was a pretty annoying thing to always have to prop it up so it wouldn't fall forward. For the cost, compared to a north face bag, that actually did have that feature, it was certainly a bargain though."

"A fine rolling duffel BUT...no handle on the bottom. So it can't be lifted by two people with one at the top and the other at the bottom. Too bad, especially for us older, retired folks who need help lifting the bag. Otherwise, it's just fine."

"We ordered this bag at the same time as the JWorld 28" drop bottom rolling duffle. We returned this bag and are keeping the JWorld. The top flap of this bag would not stay open when completely unzipped, which meant you had to hold it open with one had and load or remove items with the other. Packing one-handed just doesn't make a lot of sense. The bag was also black inside which made it difficult to see items. The two end pockets have liners that extend into the middle large section of the bag, and just seem to awkwardly take up space, not add to the organization. The bag did seem sturdy and well constructed. It did not stand up on the end when loaded (which was one of our criteria in selecting a rolling duffel). Ebags was terrific about taking the return. Couldn't have been easier."

"My son took this bag brand new to Spain and Italy. He was gone for 10 days and he said halfway through the trip the handle quit going down all the way. Disappointing."
