"I purchased this item for a two month trip to Guatemala. Upon receiving it, I did think it was too small, but it sure proves me wrong! The separate compartment for your sleeping bag is tremendously helpful! The craftsmanship is great and it is a very high quality bag. Although I am very pleased with my purchase, if you tend to be an over-packer, I'd recommend a bag with a higher cu. in."

"i bought this backpack for my son who is in Boy Scouts. He loved it. It has great organization features: a lots of pockets, compartments. The shoulder straps are adjustable to height and confortable. This bag also came with the nylon cover (used in case of rain or snow) My son is looking forwardard to taking it to his field trips. It can also be used as a luggage."

"This bag is a good size with lots of pockets. My husband used this for a 3 week trip in Europe, paired with the packing cubes it was great. There's a pocket on top, in front, on the bottom, and if you remove the rain flap, another useful one. He loved it, and it was very comfortable for him. However, if you are a small woman, it does not fit well at all. I had the straps tightened all the way and the chest strap did nothing for me, and didn't help to take any weight off my shoulders. It was painful to have on more than 15 minutes."

"I bought this item for my son's boyscout camps. It is big enough to fit his sleeping bag and pad as well as his clothes and items he needs for camping. It is very durable and has been an excellent tool for him in his scouting adventures."
