"I've only used this item once so far to fly out to Colorado and back. It held up very well. The bag, and everything in it was fine. The bag can handle 2 pairs of skis or 2 snowboards, but I put my skis, poles, and ski boots in the bag, and it worked fine. The bag was a bit tight around one of the boots, but with that exception, there was plenty of room to pack clothes and other gear. Snowboard boots would be easier to fit in the bag. I am pleased with it thus far. I think it's a good value for the price, especially since I can pack my ski equipment or my board equipment along with almost everything else I need. I only need this one bag, which saves me from having to pay the airline to check another bag. Don't need a separate boot bag or suitcase."

It looks sturdy and the plaid looks nice in kind of a retro way - beats the typical all black bag. The only thing I worry about is the weight limit with the airlines.
