"For such a little and light suitcase, it holds a lot. The weight was the determining factor in buying this. We are being limited to a carry-on weighing in total only 10 lbs. Cases smaller than this weigh 6 lbs empty!! With this case, we are able to pack more in our the carry-on."

"With new travel restrictions on weight and size for luggage on international travel, and having experienced difficulty at the gate with my old 21" carry-on, I bought this bag which is truly ultra light and which holds a lot, surprisingly. I have taken it on a month long trip to Australia and New Zealand where we had to wrestle our own luggage (and I had a broken arm), and on other flights and trips. It has held up beautifully, and is easy to manage. I bought bag #2 for my husband who constantly worries about weight restrictions for an upcoming tour of Scandanavia and St. Petersburg, Russia. The only negative is that the handle which telescopes is tricky to raise and lower, but what do you want for around $90? Also, it is very hard to find this item on the website--I called ebags, and it was hard for the representative to locate another one for me. I really like this bag--have bought two--and would get another one if needs be."

"Great carry-on and easy for an older person to lift and put in the bins above the seats on an airplane."

"++IMPORTANT NOTE++ Per manufacturer's tag, INTERIOR dimensions are 16 x 11.4 x 6.5" Per manufacturer's tag, EXTERIOR dimensions, including wheels and handles, are 18.9 x 12.2 x 7" If, like me, you are planning on using this as an underseat bag, the difference in those two measurement sets is very important. Based on the bag I currently use that has to be wrestled under aisle seats and is significantly shorter, the IT-0-1 will probably still fit under the center seats in most planes, the window seats in some planes, and probably no aisle seats (unless, of course, we're talking about an ACDEF seat configuration then it should fit under aisle seat C). You *might* even try to fit it under an Allegiant Air center seat (16"deep x 15"wide x 7"high) although I sure would hate to be charged extra because the handle and wheels make it 2.9" over their requirements. Another important point to keep in mind- While the dimensions might indicate this bag would work under seats, in actual practice you wouldn't be sliding the bag straight under but would be trying to manuever it at a sharp angle through that very narrow space between your seat front and the seat back in front of you to get it down into that under seat space. As I said, my current laptop bag/purse/underseat bag is significantly shorter (though the width and depth is comparable) than the IT-0-1 and it's a real struggle to get it under my aisle seat. I would love to keep this but I think I'll just send it back and maybe look at getting a short or collapsible wheeled luggage carrier to place my current underseat bag on so I can wheel it through the airport."

"Easy rolling, I can pack in quite a bit and because of the size it always fits in the overhead bin even on the really small planes. The handle sticks sometimes when trying to collapse it. Annoying but it has never gotten the best of me. This and a large tote bag are all I need for a weekend getaway of 3 or less days."

"Like everything about this item except for the length of the handle when extended - too short."

"Perfect for a long weekend and a packed airplane. It is an under seat size and really lightweight. The black has a subtle pattern and sheen so its cute too! I easily ironed on a decal to give it a personal touch. The negatives..the zippers are difficult to move around the bottom where the stands are, it's black like everyone's luggage and the thin back may give with heavy packing. With the handles running down the sides (which I like; more inside space), the back has no support. The positives outweigh the negatives though: rolling, small, really light, cute and spacious for the size!"

"Have used it once. So far seems pretty durable though only time will tell. I agree with a prior poster, who suggested that the front pockets would be more functional as two large rather than 3 odd-sized smaller ones. But it is terrifically LIGHT and compact. A real winner if it holds up on those virtues alone."
