"Amazingly light, yet durable. I have owned one of these bags and used in 3-4 times, with no problems. Given the weight restrictions of 50lb per bag, having the typical large suitcase eating up 11 lbs or more restricts how much you can put in it regardless of its capacity. With this bag, you can load it up and still be within the weight limit (unless you fill it with fishing weights)! I bought 1 more large bag and 2 medium bags, and they are very nice. Would recommend them."

"This is a great light weight option, but one of the fiberglass rods broke within the first week of use. It was easy to find a metal rod the same diameter and length to replace it so not a big deal, but I would say only buy this if you are really concerned about weight as there is potential for breakage."

"This was the lightest bag in this category I could find and what a different it has made. I travel at least 2 days a week via plane or train and hauling this bag has made my life so much better. Pros: beyond super lightweight, feels sturdy, rolls smoothly, nice color (easy to spot on the carrousel), lots of space, legs hold it upright no matter how I pack it and a very roomy exterior pockets holds my laptop and cables plus water bottle. Great price! Cons: handle extraction is a little stiff, but it may loosen up with time, and since the zipper is very close to the edge, you have to slow down at the corners when unzipping it. I am planning on buying my senior mother one to use as well since it really fits the bill."

"I pack a single carry-on case for overseas trips. This has two advantages: 1, I reach customs while others wait for their luggage. 2, without porters at railroad stations, a short person must hoist her case chest-high before climbing into the car. Color coordination, skilled packing, wearing the heaviest items and using light-weight luggage make 'light' travel possible. I've used rolling carry-ons since they became available, even one that converted to a back-pack. But their construction always added unwanted weight. Your design offers the best solution. Thank you."

"The bag was super light, what this 70 year old needed for train travel in Europe. It seemed well made and well balanced. BUT the handle would not stay locked. So I sent it back and the 2nd had the same problem. Back it went. I noticed other people had the same problem, which makes me wonder if eBags got a defective batch. But your customer service can't be beat. I'll be looking for a different light, rolling carry-on bag from you."

"I'm very pleased with IT-0-1 second Gen 22 except for one flaw which could be serious. The plastic stands at the front are too close to the zipper. As a result it is difficult to zip/unzip the bag and the inappropriate stress on the zipper and attached fabric could easily result in a rip or worse."

"The handle retracts when you want it to stay up. I have older IT bags that have a handle that is designed differently and they work properly. I returned this item, but will continue to enjoy my other IT bags."

"I bought this because I wanted a super light suitcase that I could take for a 3-4 day weekend for plane travel. It is definitely light weight, and I like the outside pockets. However, the handle does not extend to a normal height. It is very awkward to pull, and I am short (5ƈ"). The handle is also unusually wide and cannot accommodate my carry on travel bag which has a flap on the back to slide over a suitcase and attach it. It's so strangely wide, I don't think there's a carry on bag out there with a flap wide enough. It also felt too flimsy to withstand any serious use. Finally, it doesn't hold nearly as much as the 22" TravelPro Maxlite 2 bag I purchased subsequently (the rest of my luggage is also Travelpro Maxlite 2)."

"Was great and lightweight for me (5ft 2). The only thing is the handle does not extend far so it might take some time getting used to and i'm not sure how a taller person might handle it. It fit my packing cubes wonderfully and since the carrying handles are on the ends there isn't two sticks sticking out on the back of the luggage. It seems pretty frail also so I only recommend packing clothes only, or light shoes. great weekend bag. With everything packed it weight close to 15lbs so great for a short person like me."

"Holds a great deal! I've used it on a trip involving multiple cities and varied modes of transport. It has been both a checked bag on airplane and train and a carryon on airplane. If you are an organized packer, you will be very pleased with how much it holds and how light it is. Fully loaded, it has weighed twenty-six pounds. I would buy it again!"
