"My nine year old in fourth grade uses this bag. It has held up great. It is a little dirty but nothing is coming apart or showing wear and tear."

"I like that it stands by itself without my having to hold it, even on the escalator. However, it's very hard to open enough to put my business files in it. Also, there is only one tiny sleeve for files and papers, not enough for me to use for work where I have to take loose papers and file folders home. Plus no other interior pockets. I can't even fit my lunch bag in it. Wouldn't buy again, even though it seems robust."

"Except for the fact that a zipper tab is completely missing on the top,out side pocket, this is a very nice and well-organized bag. Very durable with smoot rolling wheels."

"This is a large bag. Very durable material. I have had some problems with the handle getting jammed. Now it won't go down all the way. The wheels are holding up pretty good."

"I've only had this item for several days, but so far, so good. The fabric seems to be of good quality. Some of the zippers had separated in a couple of places when I unpacked it, but they self-repaired with no problem. This hasn't been an issue. The zippers do tend to be a bit stiff, though. Overall inpression, I'm happy with the bag's appearance (professional, not too "bookbagish" as there is a zippered compartment where the straps are stashed), the red is a very nice true red, and, as long as the mechanisms - wheels, handle, zippers - keep working, I'll stay happy with this bag for some time. I should probably also mention that I don't carry a laptop in it, so this review doesn't reflect any of those properties of this particular bag."

"Laptop did not fit the space designed for it, which was a disappointment but not a del breaker. Bad experience was when the backpack strap broke with not over 10 lbs in bag."
