"Too easily scuffed."

"This is a gorgeous, well made leather piece and I get compliments every time I use it.It rolls well, the handle has multiple height adjustments and and overall the bag is very sturdy. My only complaints are: 1) I find it difficult to open wide to get things in--the compartments are stiff and seem to make that difficult. 2) The related issue is that there are so many compartments that I think that space is wasted and the extra leather makes the bag heavier than I would like when it is filled. That said, it is so beautiful (I have the matching business tote) it turns heads and it is so well made that it rolls effortlessly, that I live with its few shortcomings."

"The great disappointment is that the white stitching is unsightly. This did not appear in the online photos. I am thinking of returning it."
