"Only negative thing was that upon opening the package I discovered that the item was not individually wrapped ( may have been used or defected ) it had a noticeable orange stain (looks like rust) it does not come out. I isn't want to fuss with having it shipped out an returned."

"My daughter uses this backpack every day and enjoys it. It looks great but would be better if it had a water bottle holder on the side. Most backpacks have that and that is the one drawback."

"This is the most distinctive (the colorful little crows on a black background) and attractive backpack in the second grade! It is also extremely roomy and holds everything this second grader needs for school, family trips and violin lessons. So far it has held up very well and I would definitely buy it again."

"This bag managed to survive a hectic semester. Straps are well-padded, though the inside lining is pretty thin. The seams on the bottom of the outside pocket started to come apart after about a month, though that was quickly fixed with a needle and some thread. All in all, a decent quality backpack."
