"While I truly love the look of the bags I have not found the bags which I must check at the airport to do very well in terms of durability. Every time I check the largest bag, which frequently happens as my work trips are a week or two long. I lose something from the bag. The first thing to go was the emblem from the front pocket, then zipper pulls and the side handle just pulled out I always keep the weight in the bags at no more than 45 lbs. I check this with a scale so there should be no question as the airport. While the black and white print does not show the dirt it picks up from the cargo hold, the pink piping is a totally different story. It looks awful and quite a bit of it has been chaffed away especially near the bags corners. I now feel like the next time I use this bag I should put a strap around it to make sure I have no concerns about the zippers. Another thing that did not occur to me is the ability to navigate if you must use more than one bag and also need a laptop bag. There is no add on strap or other option to connect bags. I had one trip with the three items mentioned and it was a nightmare to get from the baggage claim to my rental car. As I said I love love love the look of the bag and the feeling of immediate recognition when it pops out of the carousel feed. This is now tempered by my experience with the durability of the bags."

"I loved the bags until the large bags handle broke. This is due to there being nothing between the material and the bars on the handle, if there was covered cardboard or somehting like that the handle would not have broke. So I am highly disappointed with the bags."

"The bags are attractive and seem durable, though I have only used one of the bags one time so far. The fabric seems water resistant. I checked the bag on my trip, and there are no smudges or other marks after the round trip. I like they have toiletries bags included. The front pocket is bigger than I expected, and I haven't figured out how to use it effectively yet. Very easy to find at bag claim."

"Great set of luggage. I took the medium sized suitcase and the laptop bag on a whirlwind 1-week trip to Europe where I visited 3 countries and was checking bags/flying every other day. It showed very little wear and was easy to spot. Very nice pockets too. The handles were a little weak, but overall I'm very happy with it."
