"Generally a very good looking bag except the grain of the leather is a little more rough than what I had expected. Up close it looks like pig skin. Think of the texture of a football. It's organized nicely and I especially like the zip down front panel that gives quick and easy access to cell phone, card storage, etc. My biggest compliant is with the leather pulls on the on the zipper keys. There are several on the bag and the majority of them pulled (ripped) right off with gentle first time use. It set me up to wonder about the rest of the bag's quality. I have only owned it for one week now and took it on one trip. Because of this issue I have not yet decided if I am going to keep it or send it back. It's a quandary because like I said, it looks so good and is organized so well."
