"The inside of the bagis too small, not put mobile phone. The adornment of the outside line is too long, decorative metal is too heavy, bag outside pockets is too small, do not apply"

"Terrible design. Front pockets, which looked good because slanted (great idea for slinging it round to the front but keeping it on your shoulder) are uselessly tiny...will not hold a smart phone. The hardware is bulky, loud and located to add weight and hurt your back in key spots. Inside pocket equally useless..way too small for an otherwise perfect bag size. Drawstring top does not work...previously noted in another review, it is anchored to prevent easy closure. I loved the idea of this bag, the perfect size and the pretty silvery color. I was so disappointed."

"I love the look of this backpack and the bronze color - unfortunately, I am very disappointed in the operation of the backpack. It is not a safe purse for several reasons - first, the drawstring tie that pulls the top shut is sewn at an odd point, which makes securing the opening of the purse a challenge. The zipper pocket inside the bag is barely large enough for my rather small wallet, but I sure would not keep a wallet loose in this purse and walking around any markets or shopping centers...it is very easy for the toggle to be undone and the purse to be opened. Even with all of those issues, because the purse is my "neutral" color and a backpack is so useful for me, I've continued to work with it, that is, until the drawstring tie broke. It's barely useable now, so in spite of the great new blue color available now, I wouldn't buy another one of these bags again."

"It wasn't the same color it is on the website - on various monitors. I was looking for a summer bag and it's much darker than pictured. Sending it back."

"I both really like and really don't like this bag. I really like the way it looks, it doesn't look like a back pack. However, the cords that tie the bag closed at the top has one side that is "anchored" so I can't evenly pull them to cinch the top of the bag. The straps are kind of a satin finish so the slide buckles that lengthen and shorten the straps slide too easily and do not stay where you set them. The back zipper pocket (which was the most important feature for me) is too small to hold my wallet and cell phone. It will however hold just my cell phone but the wallet is definately not going to fit. I specifically wanted that pocket so I wouldn't have to worry about securing my valuables in a bag that doesn't zipper close at the top. I really want to love this bag and will continue to use it because it was too expensive not to use but I wouldn't purchase it again."
