"I was very excited to order and receive this item. I gave it high ratings for its style, durability and ability to meet my needs (i.e., carry my iPad along with a notebook and pen). Although it does all those things I've justed listed, the item arrived with slight damage to the fabric. I plan to call eBags to see what they can do to replace the product."

"I was disappointed with the delivery time which I was told would be here on March 1, 2013 and did not arrive until March 5. Also, I felt like for the price the fabric should have been nicer on the exterior of the clutch."
