"The leather is soft and very pliable. It feels great to the touch. The design is beautiful and the bag is very light when empty. It's very large and can hold an amazing amount of things which in turn makes it much heavier. The negatives are that the pockets for cell phone and glasses are small. Things often fall out of the pockets but I still love the bag. I'm very short (5Ƈ") and when I put it on my shoulder it's comfortable to carry. I predict a long relationship with this handbag!"
