"Great bag for the money! Holds a lot, comfortable, and travels as a carry on bag! Construction seems very good, only time will tell!"

"This pack took me through the Grand Canyon for an 8 day rafting adventure. It's lightweight and seems very sturdy. I would have liked if there had been a zipper on the bottom to get to that section without opening the entire front and the metal hook on the front becomes too easily unfastened... However those are NOT reasons to avoid this pack! Another item on the wish list is that it came in a longer torso size, I measure 19 1/2 and this fits up to 18 1/2, it worked but I feel the add'l length may have added to the already comfortable hiking pack. Overall, I was very pleased and the unexpected bonus were the compliments I received on its color and overall appearance!"

"This is a great bag for travel because it's frame is shorter than 21 inches and fits carry on dimensions for all but the most strict airlines. What I like: - support system of shoulder belt, hip belt, back and lumbar padding is among the best if you compare to travel backpacks - zippered panel loading more preferable to me - lots of zippered pockets for organization if you need it What I don't like: - the hip belt straps for this new model are flimsy, stiff and lower quality compared to the last version. due to this, it takes more effort to tighten and release the hip belt and it makes the bag feel of lower quality when in use - there are elastic loops at the end of all the straps to allow you to roll them up and keep from dangling. in theory they sound great, practically they are cumbersome - things at the bottom of the pack are still not accessible unless other things are removed, it would be great if they extended the zippers for the main compartment even lower to the bottom of the pack, (or maybe a C-design like the Marmot Graviton 34)"
