"I LOVE THIS BAG! I bus/bike commute into downtown Denver every day. I needed a bag subdued enough to go in to work, big enough to carry a bike helmet + books/laptop, and functional for dayhikes with the family. I got this and more! Specifics: The main pocket has plenty room to carry a couple binders & books + ipad. It does have an above-floor mesh pocket on the back panel to stow a laptop (or a big hydration bladder) There are cinch buckles that pull the gear up nice & tight so your helmet is less likely to bump it when riding. I especially appreciate that I can access the small front pocket without releasing those cinch buckles. So gear stays contained, and I can reach my bus pass or keys. The helmet pocket is well designed- easy in/out, it doubles as a jacket stow pocket nicely as well. The mesh side pockets are deep enough to secure a widemouth Nalgene or coffee mug, and easy to reach. The shoulder straps are very well-padded, contoured and a lot of length for long torsos. They fit nice and snug with the height-adjustable sternum strap. The waist strap is also long, but it is designed only for keeping the pack from shifting side-to-side- not at all supportive for heavier loads. The back panel protects from lumpy, bumpy cargo; very cushy and breathes relatively well. I¿m a very picky shopper when it comes to utility items like this. The Kelty Yuma met all my criteria AND exceeded my expectations in regards to quality, function and comfort. It will be my primary pack for many years to come!"

"I just received this item and have used it a few times, but can't really say how durable it will be. It has a good size and I can fit everything into it, lots of different pockets and stuff for organizing. I would have preferred the bottom to be a little sturdier and stiffer, it tends to sag. Also, the zippers seem a little flimsy, not sure how they will hold up to lots of use."

"This backpack is really nice, it has a lot of room and great organization options. It should work perfectly for a trip i will be taking to England. Kelty has always made quality products and this is no exception."
