"This is a well-constructed carry-on that fits perfectly in the overhead compartment of the Boeing 737 (the plane used by Southwest Airlines). I was worried it was too tall at first but it is just short enough to allow the door to shut easily. The materials are lightweight and sturdy, and the organization makes sense. The zippers and wheels seem to be high quality - the ride is remarkably smooth through the airport. The only gripe I have after a month of use - and it's a pretty big deal to me - is that the bag is poorly balanced. Just a slight nudge and it falls away from you. This is true whether the bag is empty or full. Fix this issue and the bag is perfect."
