"I searched online for an entire weekend looking for a laptop bag for my 17" Macbook Pro, for which there are a lot fewer options than most laptop sizes. I was trying not to spend more than $125-150, and I needed the bag to go to a business conference where I was presenting, as well as on vacation with me to Florida, which were scheduled close together. So it needed to look passable while wearing a suit, but not briefcase-y. I also wanted it to not be plain black. You can see why I was searching for awhile. This bag fit all my needs. I was able to carry work files, travel papers, and multiple magazines along with my laptop and a small purse. The laptop compartment is well padded and had room to spare. It is more tailored than most messenger bags, so in the Gun Metal color (which had a pretty flower design too) it looked OK toting around at a business conference. There's an exterior pocket on the opposite side of the flap, large enough to hold magazine, travel papers for easy access. Inside, there are multiple pockets for pens, cell phone, small necessities. And there's even a hidden section too with pen holders, etc. The wide shoulder strap helped to even out the weight distribution, though with all that stuff, it still felt heavy (my fault, not the bag's). The only things I would change would be to not have a velcro closure for the flap (noisy during conference sessions!), and to have a dual short strap for hand-carrying. As with any bag for a 17" laptop, it is quite large in scale, but I don't think it would be easy to find a smaller profile bag that could also hold other items. I'm very happy with my purchase and would recommend this item."

"The bag has plenty of room. I use it to hold my computer, papers that I need to grade, to hold my large teacher's edition curriculum book, and a student practice book. What I like about this case is that it's nice looking, and has all pleny of storage for pens and accessories."

"This bag is excellent value for the money. It carries my 17" laptop with plenty of room for Travel documents, brochures and whatever else I need. I can even use it as an overnight bag when I need to (with my laptop included, of course). Thank you eBag for such a great buy."
